Our services are advisory in nature and do not constitute financial product advice, investment advice, or legal advice. We do not provide debt settlement, debt consolidation loans, or credit repair services.

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of SignalEngineer
• Not share your login credentials or account access with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Pay all fees and charges associated with your use of our services

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in your service agreement. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed upon. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and methodologies, are the property of SignalEngineer or our licensors and are protected by Austrian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of financial information and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and financial data. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services, as required by law, or with your explicit consent. This confidentiality obligation continues even after the termination of our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results from following our advice. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we cannot warrant that our services will meet your specific needs or that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, SignalEngineer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalEngineer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. SignalEngineer reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to termination. Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. Refunds for prepaid services will be provided on a pro-rata basis for unused services, minus any applicable cancellation fees. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or for one-time consultation fees.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Austria, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Austrian arbitration rules, or through the competent courts in Austria.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and SignalEngineer regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
